Services are subject to availability and geographic coverage. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
IKAG primarily serves areas within approximately one hour of The Meadows in Castle Rock, Colorado. A $100 minimum service charge applies to first-time customers located more than approximately 30 minutes from Castle Rock. Service area boundaries are approximate. Contact us to confirm coverage for your location.
You agree to use brikag.com only for lawful purposes. You may not submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, use automated scraping tools, or interfere with the website's security or operation.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, or by texting us directly, you expressly consent to receive text messages from IKAG LLC Handyman Services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.
You may receive responses to service inquiries, appointment scheduling and confirmation messages, service estimates and status updates, and follow-up communications after service completion.
Message frequency varies based on your service interactions. We will not send unsolicited promotional bulk text messages.
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. IKAG LLC does not charge for text messages.
Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time, or email brikag@icloud.com. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Your opt-in to receive text messages from IKAG LLC will not be sold, shared, or transferred to any third party for any purpose, including marketing. Your consent applies solely to IKAG LLC Handyman Services.
Our SMS program is supported on major U.S. wireless carriers. IKAG LLC is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers.
Estimates are good-faith approximations based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope discovered on-site. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding. A $100 minimum service charge applies for certain service areas as described in Section 2, and is waived for returning customers within our standard service area.
IKAG LLC stands behind its work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us promptly and we will work to make it right. Our guarantee applies to the quality of workmanship and does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, unrelated issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers agree to provide accurate information about the problem (including photos when requested), ensure safe and reasonable access to the service area, disclose known hazards or pre-existing conditions, and be present or have an authorized adult present during service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IKAG LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for those specific services.
Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado.
